1. Custom & Personalized Products
Since all our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect name, photo, text, or design provided by the customer, Personal preference after delivery, We request you to double-check all personalization details before confirming your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is Damaged in transit, Defective, Incorrect (different from what you ordered), Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Once verified, we will Replace the product or Offer a refund / store credit (as applicable)
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once the order is processed or customization has begun, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing limitations.
Handmade and customized items may have minor variations, which are not considered defects.
